As part of a recent strategic partnership, Hard Drive Hotel hosting services are now proudly supported by DigiTimber, a nationally trusted provider based in Spokane, WA. This transition ensures long-term stability, continuity, and exciting opportunities to enhance your hosting experience.


Action Required:

We’ve begun transitioning customer accounts into DigiTimber’s billing and support system. You will need to verify your contact information, set up MFA, and update your billing information to avoid any disruptions in service.

Note: Products and Services may not be fully populated, but don’t worry, we’re working on it!
Please continue to use https://portal.harddrivehotel.com for all support tickets and support related items, only billing is moving at this time.

No disruption to your services – your websites, email, SSL certificates, domain names, and hosting features will continue operating just as they are today.

Same pricing and functionality – there are no immediate changes to your current plans or services and we will communicate any changes as we move forward.

A seamless experience – we’re working hard to make this transition as smooth as possible for you with no downtime of services or support.

Do I need to update my login or credentials?

Yes — for billing and account updates, you’ll now use our portal at https://clients.digitimber.com.
Use the same email address you used on the previous system, but you’ll need to reset your password by clicking on the ‘Forgot?’ link above the password field or by using this form: https://clients.digitimber.com/password/reset

If you don’t have access to the email that you use for login, please contact our support.


Who do I contact for help?

For now, please continue using the same support channels (helpdesk and email) you’re used to. These are still active and staffed by the same team.

Please contact billing@digitimber.com if you have any billing related questions, including help setting up MFA.


Will I still work with the same support team?

Yes! The same support staff you’re used to are still here to assist you, now operating as part of the DigiTimber family. We may have some additional members assisting as well.


Will I notice new branding or communication styles?

Yes. The acquired company is now fully rebranded as DigiTimber, and you’ll notice updates like:

  • DigiTimber-branded emails,

  • A new customer portal,

  • Updated support documents and interfaces.

We’ll make sure to remind you that you’re part of a recent migration in all relevant communications.


Is there anything I need to do right now?

Yes — please take a moment to:

  1. Log into your new billing portal: https://clients.digitimber.com

  2. Update your payment method

  3. Verify your contact information

This helps us ensure uninterrupted service and proper communication.
