Managed IT Support for Your Entire Business
From everyday user issues and access problems to servers, networks, and cloud services, DigiTimber provides day-to-day technical support through a team that knows your environment.
We resolve routine requests, investigate recurring problems, and escalate complex issues to senior engineers without requiring you to coordinate between multiple support providers.

How Support Works
Submit a Support Request
Requests can be submitted through the client portal or by email at any time. Tickets are reviewed during standard support hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. Each request is tracked so its status, communication, and resolution remain visible.
We Investigate and Resolve It
An engineer reviews the issue with access to your existing systems, configurations, standards, and support history. Routine requests are handled directly, while problems requiring additional expertise are escalated without making your staff restart the process with another provider.
We Document and Follow Through
The resolution and any resulting configuration changes are documented. When an issue indicates a recurring or broader problem, we investigate the underlying cause and recommend corrective work rather than repeatedly applying the same temporary fix.
Does Your Team Have a Reliable Place to Get IT Help?
When technical questions are handled informally, employees lose time figuring out who to contact and important problems can go untracked. Managed IT support gives your team one consistent process for requesting help, following progress, and getting issues resolved.
Support That Goes Beyond Closing Tickets
Root-Cause Analysis
Closing a ticket is not enough when the same issue continues to return. We review recurring incidents, related system changes, and underlying configurations to determine why the problem is happening and what can be done to reduce repeat failures.
Senior-Level Escalation
Complex problems are escalated to engineers with the appropriate infrastructure, cloud, security, or application experience. Your staff does not need to determine which technical specialty is required or coordinate separately with another IT provider.
Vendor Coordination
When an internet provider, software vendor, equipment manufacturer, or other third party must participate, we help collect technical information and coordinate the troubleshooting process. Your staff is not left translating between several vendors that each claim the problem belongs elsewhere.
Change Control and Documentation
Configuration changes made during support are recorded and aligned with the standards established for your environment. This creates a traceable history, reduces conflicting changes, and gives future support work better technical context.
IT Support vs. Project-Based Consulting
Managed IT Support
Managed IT support keeps your existing technology operating. It covers user requests, troubleshooting, routine configuration changes, monitoring response, access problems, and the continuing maintenance of established systems.
IT Consulting
IT consulting is used for planned changes such as migrations, infrastructure redesigns, major application deployments, security assessments, and other defined projects that require separate planning and implementation.
When a support issue reveals the need for a larger change, we explain the underlying problem and scope the project separately so the expected outcome, responsibilities, and cost are clear.
Build a Support Model Around Your Business
Tell us about your users, locations, current systems, internal IT resources, and the support problems you are trying to solve. We will outline how requests would be handled, what systems would be covered, and where managed support would fit within your organization.
