Origins
Started as a web and email hosting provider serving local Spokane businesses. Those relationships grew over time.
Evolution
Hosting customers needed more server management, team support, and day-to-day operations. That shaped the move to a disciplined managed IT model.

Systems engineer and infrastructure professional with more than a quarter century of experience in hosting operations, network engineering, and managed IT. Directly involved in infrastructure, tooling, and day-to-day client operations. Background spans enterprise networks, university datacenters, cloud environments, and long-term MSP relationships.
