- When transferring a domain, you can either supply the EPP code for the domain, or simply put ‘No Code’ and we can assist with gathering this information afterwards.
- Create a Support Ticket and provide us with your current hosting provider(s) and logins to the accounts and we will perform the migration for you.
- If you receive any emails from your current hosting provider, please forward them to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Migrations generally take between 1-14 business days depending on the previous provider and we will provide feedback via the support ticket on timing and progress.
